Kiln Problems and Troubleshooting

I've had lots of fun troubleshooting my kiln over the last couple of months.
I started getting a specific error code that was indicating a problem with the thermocouple, but all testing revealed that the thermocouple and everything associated with it was just fine.
Then I expanded my troubleshooting to include the relays.
They bench tested just fine, but just to be sure, I purchased and installed new relays - guess what - no change.
By this point my error codes were changing to to something that again indicated that the thermocouple was the problem.
I contacted the kiln manufacturer and then we began the slow process of identifying possible culprits and tested them to eliminate the possibilities.
Last night I did an exhaustive troubleshoot that identified the culprit - the main controller board.
My kiln is still under warranty (fortunately) and the kiln manufacturer is sending me a replacement controller board.
The end result - I will be able to start fusing glass again.
In this process, I have gained an appreciation for the support people out there.
I've come to fully understand the mechanics of my kiln.

Just got the replacement controller board yesterday in the mail.
Took all of 5 minutes to install it.
A quick test & I'm back in business!
I never thought it was possible to suffer from glass withdrawal, but I certainly felt it!
Now I've gotta go make something...
