Leaded door and transom44 viewsThe installed door panels. Used Spectrum clear baroque and glue chip with the bevel clusters. I used a template furnished by the carpenter for the transom. I made it 1/8" smaller and he still had to chisel some wood and I had to trim some lead. I measured the door myself and it went in perfectly. Never trust another person's measurements!

It has foil work (the fruit basket) and lead (in this case "brass-capped lead". There's lots of sand blasting (the name panel and fluting on the columns) and foil overlay (the cross-hatching of the pineapple). The background is a architectural glass from Glaverbel, the steps and columns are a grey Spectrum. The apple and pear in the fruit-basket are from Worden. It's in Fort Erie,Ontario
